How we work
Day of the event:
I arrive at the event and take photos the entire time I’m there (flat fee based on the event type).
I arrive approx. 30 min early and collect detailed shots of the [venue, flowers, table settings / player portraits, team photo], etc.
During the event, I walk around and capture the moment so you can cherish the memory. I take many, perhaps 100’s of photos, from which I select a grouping/subset of pictures that will be edited.
If applicable, this includes as many outfit changes as you wish, as long as they fit in the time. If you wish to extend, we will prorate our fees based on how long you need us!
After the event:
I review the photos, and select the ones that best capture your memory in order to build the package you selected. The selected photos are then edited [for lighting, etc…], and I return all the edited pictures.
This process takes between 7-14 days.
The photos are provided in digital format with options for packages of prints, which you may or may not choose. The printed package prices will vary based on the print package selected, if you choose any at all.
Payment Terms
| Booking Fee: 1/3 of the Overall, exclusive of any printed material fees. Due when booking the shoot.
